Our Mission
To develop athletes of all ages in a safe, positive environment, instilling
in them a sense of confidence and helping them achieve success, on and off
the field.

The Edge Curriculum
The Edge's Athletic Development Programs include drills and exercises that
improve strength, power, speed, and quickness, with an emphasis on legs and
core. Our program seeks to improve athletic development such as neuromuscular
coordination and balance, spatial awareness, and flexibility. The ultimate
goal is to build a stronger, quicker, more agile and injury resistant athlete.
Multiple exercises will be used to teach proper biomechanics and strengthen
the whole body in a progressive approach to power and speed development.
Training Programs
- Associations:

The Edge partners with many sports associations to offer athletic development
programs for specific athletic associations. The programs are designed to
improve athletic ability in a team environment with high quality, safe and
efficient training, with transfers to a competitive advantage on the field.
- Team Training:
-
The Edge offers team training for almost any sport. Team training is an exciting
way to improve your team's overall athletic ability. The team environment gives
a unique and fun dynamic to working out. Teammates push each other to excel
with the ultimate goal of improving team performance.
- Group Training:

Group training at The Edge consists of no more than 6 athletes per group. Small
group training allows for athletes to train with their peers in a fun exciting
atmosphere. All athletes are given a personalized workout to maximize growth
and development.
- Advanced Training:
-
For our older more advanced athletes we offer hour and a half sessions. These
sessions include strength, power, speed and agility training.
Individual training is also available.
